At CustomizedHomeGoods.com, we stand behind our handcrafted work. If your personalized order arrives damaged during shipping or contains a production error on our part, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.
Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives and contact us right away to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for the item. Returns sent without an authorized RMA cannot be processed.
No Standard Returns or Exchanges
Because items are custom-made, standard returns or exchanges are not accepted. To ensure satisfaction, a digital proof is provided for approval before production begins.
