2. Products & Customization

Many of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order. As a result:

  • Variations in wood grain, color, texture, engraving depth, and appearance are natural and should be expected.

  • No two handmade products will be exactly identical.

  • Product images are provided for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the final product.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all personalization details, including spelling, dates, names, and custom text.

Customized Home Goods is not responsible for errors submitted by customers during the ordering process.

3. Digital Proof Approvals

For certain custom projects, we may provide a digital proof for customer review and approval.

By approving a proof, you acknowledge that all design elements, spelling, grammar, dates, layouts, and customization details are correct.

Once a proof has been approved, Customized Home Goods is not responsible for errors contained within the approved design.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to modify pricing, products, promotions, or product availability without prior notice.

Payment must be received and successfully processed before production begins.

5. Production & Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Custom projects, large orders, proof approvals, holidays, and seasonal demand may require additional production time.

Estimated production and shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Shipping

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

Customized Home Goods is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom-made and personalized items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless the error was caused by Customized Home Goods.

If you believe your order was received damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Requests for order cancellations must be submitted before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to:

By submitting photographs, artwork, logos, text, or other content for customization, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the rights to the submitted content; or

  • You have obtained all necessary permissions to use it.

Customers assume full responsibility for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property issues related to submitted materials.

Customized Home Goods reserves the right to refuse any customization request that may violate intellectual property laws or contain offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Customized Home Goods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our website; however, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, secure, error-free, or free from interruptions.
