Authentic Reclaimed Kentucky Distillery Whiskey / Bourbon Barrel Heads
Our exclusive barrel lids are reclaimed from genuine oak barrels used to age Kentucky Bourbon. We acquire the barrels from distilleries after the bourbon aging process has been completed. We recycle and repurpose the lids, staves, and metal rings into extraordinary works of art that are appreciated by connoisseurs of these fine spirits.
These lids have spent years soaking up some of Kentucky’s finest whiskey and as a result of this there will always be signs of aging and usage. This is a reflection of the beauty of the process. When cleaning, sanding, polishing, and engraving our lids we intentionally leave “some” rustic attributes to reflect the original and natural elements to be displayed on your barrel heads. These details are “the story”, “the character”, and “the beauty” of their journey into your home.
The lids are approximately 21” to 22” in diameter and roughly 12 – 13 pounds each. As stated there will be minor gaps, stains, marks or blemishes but nothing that is major and will distract you from admiring and appreciating the beauty in your new possession. Their patina reflects their character and beauty. Our lids are laser engraved and not printed so the actual engraving area may reflect some minor of texture depending on the surface of the barrel lid.
We do not stain our lids but we do glue them together and attach a backing for strength. We provide hanging hardware and also apply 3 coats of poly for protection and a really attractive finish.

We are unable to extend refunds for personalized products but we will always do everything possible to make sure that you are always a Happy Customer!
